  • Thank you for all that you do! We would like the opportunity to get to know each other better. We want to laugh. We want to play. We want to make your volunteering easier.

    We intend to do this by updating our Policy & Procedures from now until the retreat (with us coming together at the beach to do the final touch-ups). Job descriptions, processes, timelines... will all be in place.

    Us, having a sturdier foundation will allow us to better serve our Oregon OT community.

OTAO Work/Play Beach Weekend

SCHEDULE – most activities will be at Pacific City


PURPOSE/GOALS OF WEEKEND:

  1. Socialization/recognition for all that you do for OTAO & our OT community
  2. Looking at/updating Policy & Procedure Manual (looking at job descriptions & duties.  Answering any questions about who does what & how).


Friday Schedule

  • arrive any time & enjoy socializingdinner to be determined (Pelican Pub optional)

Saturday Schedule

  • 9am-1pm - Work/Meeting & Brunch
  • 1pm-6pm – Cape Lookout Hikes and/or beach activities
  • 6pm+ - dinner & socializing

Sunday Schedule

  • 10am-12pm – hybrid work meeting
