  2024 OTAO Annual Conference

  Exhibitor & Sponsorship Information

  This is your opportunity to get your organization's name in front of OT & OTA professionals from throughout Oregon by exhibiting and/or sponsoring an event.  
  

  Exhibitors ($500 per day & $750 for both days) -  space includes:  a six-foot table and two chairs in our conference exhibition space.  Once lunch ticket also included.  Additional lunch tickets can be purchased.

  Sponsorships - 

  • PLATINUM ($1,500) - your company's information highlighted on our website homepage and a banner highlighting your company on the footer of all OTAO mass emails sent out for one year.  Also includes:  2 social medica blasts leading up to the conference and a promotional video on our sponsorship page.  Top billing advertisement in conference promotional materials (digital brochure, swag bag handouts, advertisements at conference, etc.)
  • GOLD ($750) - your company's information on our website homepage and at the top of our website's sponsorship listing and in conference promotional materials (digital brochure, swag bag handouts, advertisements at conference, etc.)  Also includes 2 social media blasts leading up to the conference and a promtional video on our sponsorship page.
  • SILVER ($500) - your company's information at the top of our website's sponsorship listing and in conference promotional materials (digital brochure, swag bag handouts, advertisements at conference, etc.)
  • Meal/Snack or Reception Sponsors ($150-$500) - your company receives signage at the event, space to display your company brochures and verbal acknowledgement during conference announcements

  Early Bird registation dates are available through October 17, 2024. 

  After Oct. 17, 2024, the full rates apply.

  

  LODGING

  Boulder Falls Inn is the conference hotel. Rooms have been blocked off for OTAO registrants. You can call them directly to save your room.  (541)-451-1000. Their website is HERE
