2023 Conference Exhibitor Information

October 28th-29th | Pacific University, Forest Grove Campus

Gain visibility for your company and show your support for occupational therapy (and OTAO) by exhibiting or sponsoring an event at our 2023 conference! Perks include:

             A captive audience of approximately 125 healthcare professionals for two days.

                         Advertising on the OTAO website.

                                         You will receive a complete list of all attendees.

                                                       Advertising on our printed on-site conference materials.



Exhibitors: build connections and gain recognition

  • Exhibits will be open on Friday and Saturday. 
  • To maximize facetime with conference attendees, the breakfasts, lunches, and breaks will be hosted in the exhibition hall.
  • Door-prize incentives guarantee constant contact with occupational therapy practitioners.
  • You will be provided with one lunch ticket per day; additional lunch tickets can be purchased in advance for $70 each. 
  • Exhibition space includes: a six-foot table and two chairs in our conference exhibition space. Total price per exhibit: $500.

Sponsorships: a tier to fit your needs

  • PLATINUM: Your company's information highlighted on our website homepage and a banner highlighting your company on the footer of all OTAO mass emails sent out for one year. 
  • GOLD: Your company's information on our website homepage and at the top of our website's sponsorship listings. 
  • If sponsoring meals and/or snacks:  Your company receives signage at the event, space to display company brochures, and verbal acknowledgement during conference announcements.  
  • Donate item(s) for our annual auction or door prize event: this lively in-person event will have attendees competing to take home a sponsored activity provided by your company.
